Hello.
I have had a nice last couple of days. Although I have lost some sleep in the process, I'd still say it's all good.
I surprisingly saw my friend Tyler Morse just yesterday at Spencer's house, and I was glad to see him. He's awesome. I also received a nice, Hope-colored bracelet from my ex-friend Emily Wood. She's alright. I almost cried laughing at some Will Ferrell SNL stuff, and it was such a joy. I actually went and rented it tonight, along with Vol. 2, at Family Video. SO funny. Spencer is one of my homeboys.
Today I was a family man. I went to Coldstone with my two sisters and we had a nice bonding time. We also had to stop at KMart for some shoes, and man, that place is somethin'. Ha, I think it was my first time being in KMart since I moved here to Michigan. I'm more of a Target and Wal-Mart kind of guy.
As I said, I rented those two Will Ferrell SNL videos and watched them with my mom and dad tonight. It was awesome. I think I'm tired because I laughed so much. I have them until Thursday, so if you wanna watch them, let me know.
I enjoyed hanging around the family more than I usually do in a typical day. Very nice. Another thing I did was start to memorize Eminem's part in "Love the Way You Lie." Wilson would like to sing Rihanna's part, while I take part in rapping Eminem's three verses. We're gonna do a cover. I spent a nice bit of time at it today, and I almost have the first two verses down. Dude is a sick magician with the mic. I think it'll be awesome if it all comes together.
I hope your times have been swell. Have a nice, nice night!

They'd Look Good
Hey!
I have a strange thought. Do you ever glance at someone or see a picture of somebody that looks like a friend of yours, but they have different color hair or are wearing a crazy outfit, and you think to yourself, "Wow, he/she would look great with brown hair." Like say I see a picture of a girl that looks kind of like my blonde sister, but the girl has brown hair. I would then think of my sister with brown hair, and it would look good on her.
After this occurs, whatever the situation, I always feel like telling that friend or relative of mine what I realized, but I usually never do. Maybe I should. Maybe they could be looking even better than they are now because of what I accidently discovered.
Hey Dad, you would look great in the color yellow.
Bye.

Bouncing Balls, Billion Bugs, and Bright Bon Fires
Hey dudes. And girls.
Today was interesting.
I was shocked when I found out that Eminem is turning 38 this year. Pretty crazy.
I was also shocked at how many tiny and annoying bugs there were at the tennis courts tonight. Geez. I was asked to come play some t-to-the-ennis with Micah, Luke, and the one-and-only Sarah Askew. We all are a little shabby, although I think Micah has an edge on all of us, because, well, he's Micah. But dang these bugs. They would interfere. They would swoop down into our eyes. They would make nests in our hair. They would cling to us like we were their mothers. With this distraction, I still had a nice time playing the game that I wish I was awesome at.
I get home and I am about to relax, when my friend Josh Muehlfeld blows up my phone and tells me he's at a bon fire at Jenn's house. Shoot! I knew that was tonight, and I clicked "Maybe Attending" on Facebook, and then those bugs totally took my mind off it. Well, not really. So I had to get to this bon fire for a bit to see some peeps I haven't seen in a while, and it was good because I miss them. It seemed like when I got there, everyone started to disappear, but that's okay. It was getting late already. I accidently made two s'mores with the wrong poker thing. It was actually the stick you use to mess with the wood in the fire. Oops. A few minutes pass, and a car drives by and someone yelled my name, and I was like, Dang, it's my sister (Kari) and her friend Kristin. Andy and Josh do their thing and hop the fence and chase the car. They came back and I totally thought my party-crashing sister and friend had left, but I look in the yard and there's this person dressed in a sheep costume creeping behind a tree. It's Kristin. Eventually Kari came from behind the tree too, dressed in a Santa suit. Nice. A little embarrassing, but nice. That's how my bon fire time ended.
I had an interesting day.

A Time for Song and a Time for Firsts
First off, I would like to thank Emily Wood for calling me lovely in her first ever post. I feel honored.
Today, I realized that I could easily become a well-known rapper. I was at the mall with my good friends Wilson and Brent, and my bro Kaleb walked in like ten minutes later, and I smiled, because that was only the second time I've seen him ALL summer. What the heck? Anyways, Kaleb does what he should have done and sits and eats with us, and then he smoothly spat this line to me: "Dude, if just one of those songs of yours gets big, you'll make millions. " I think/know he's right. Wilson and I are excited and confident that one of them can make it huge, and then we'd be touring the world. Haha. I shouldn't be laughing, because it may come true.
After the mall, I go to Wilson's house and we start making a beat for our new Lights Camera Stop song. It's gonna be sick. May be the best beat we've made so far. I had fun recording some of my verse today while Wilson started putting a lot of the pieces together. Could we do this for a living? I know I'd enjoy it, and of course Wilson would too. So yes, we could do it for a living. The future is bright.
Don't let anyone take your dreams away.
As for the firsts, I made my first ever microwavable s'more yesterday. It turned out really good. I love s'mores, and I love you.
I also wore my pair of slim jeans for the first time ever today. I like them a lot, and I think I rocked them.
Peace.

I'm a New Blogger
Greetings friends.
I am new to this blog world. I am ecstatic to begin my adventure through this creative and exciting universe. The reason why I am starting to do this is because I've been reading some of my favorite musicians' and athletes' blogs, and I love them. It's cool to see how they're doing or hear about a random and awesome story that they have. You can also learn about people through these fancy writing notes, and I know I am going to enjoy it. I hope many of my friends get on this site and start writing so that I can follow them throughout my college years. Yes, some of you may be thinking, "James, you can just follow them and talk to them on Facebook. Duh." Yes. Duh. Ha, but this is more unique and I would love to read a passage written by one of my close friends, rather than just a one-line status. I think this can be really helpful, and hey, it'll help us become better writers! Hopefully. Express what you feel, write when you feel like it. Woo! Have an awesome day/night/life. :)
